Challenge Description

AI designs your personalized sleep optimization protocol based on your habits, environment, and data. Follow it for 14 days and measure the results. Track sleep quality, duration, REM cycles, energy levels, and cognitive performance. AI adjusts the protocol daily based on your data.

Rules

  • Must track sleep with a wearable or sleep app (data required)
  • AI designs the initial protocol and daily adjustments
  • Baseline: 3 days of normal sleep tracking before starting
  • No sleep medications during the challenge
  • Daily sleep journal entries required
  • Before/after sleep quality comparison required
