Challenge Description

Pick a skill you have zero experience in — cooking, woodworking, public speaking, coding, drawing, chess — and use AI to reach demonstrable competency in 7 days. AI designs the curriculum, provides feedback, and adapts to your progress. You record a before/after demonstration.

Rules

  • Must be a skill you have no prior experience in
  • AI must design the learning curriculum
  • Record a day-1 attempt (baseline) and day-7 demonstration
  • Daily practice log with time spent and techniques used
  • Must get feedback from someone knowledgeable in the skill
  • Minimum 1 hour of practice per day
