Rules
- Product must be a web-based SaaS (no mobile-only apps)
- Must start from scratch — no existing products
- 10 users must be unique individuals who performed a core action
- Users cannot be paid or incentivized to sign up
- Must track and share analytics dashboard as proof
- Open source encouraged but not required
